White Porcelain Terrace & Daltex Arcadia Resin Wrap-Around Path
Project Overview
Returning to work for an existing client is always a badge of pride for SP Design & Pave. On this project, we completely revamped the back garden of a brick bungalow. We removed old, tired, discolored concrete council slabs that had settled unevenly over time. The excavation was taken down to a solid base and prepared with permeable groundwork. For the main dining and BBQ terrace, we laid premium vitrified white porcelain paving with precise flush jointing. Surrounding the property, wrap-around walkways were bordered with Tobermore Bracken block pavers and hand-troweled with Daltex Arcadia blend UV-stable resin-bound aggregate, finished with a fresh green turf lawn.

Base Installation & Laser Leveling
Resin Topcoat Installation: Skilled SP craftsman hand-troweling the Daltex Arcadia resin-bound mix alongside the white porcelain steps.
Groundwork Stage 2: Permeable concrete base poured and leveled, with Tobermore Bracken block edging set in concrete.
Groundwork Stage 1: Full dig out down to load-bearing sub-grade, removing contaminated soil and laying Type 1 MOT aggregate.
